The Virgin Islands Department of Education, Division of Music Education hosted its second installment of the hurricane stress relief concert, titled Relief on the Dock 2: Thankful on Friday, November 24, 2017 at the WICO Dock. The concert brought together music lovers to be serenaded by the Charlotte Amalie and Ivanna Eudora Kean High Schools' combined groups under the direction of music educator's Francis Callwood, Shamoi Rodgers and Anthony Nibbs. In the spirit of Thanksgiving and coming off the heels of a violent hurricane season for the territory, there was lots to be thankful for.
The event was coordinated by the Territorial Music Director Dionne Donadelle.
