ST. THOMAS, USVI –The Charlotte Amalie High School has announced its orientation and student ID schedules for the 2018-19 school year.
STUDENT ID SCHEDULE
All new 9th graders will report to the Charlotte Amalie High School Ruth E. Thomas Auditorium to take photographs for their school identification cards according to the first letter of their last name. During the designated times, students are asked to present their immunization records and pay required school fees, including $15 for photo ID, $18 for school insurance, and $10 for PTSA dues. Students must wear their uniform shirt to take the ID photo.
All students, new and returning, should use these 3 days to present immunization records and to pay all fees. Doing so will avoid congestion and unnecessary delays during orientation.

8:30 a.m. – Grade 9 Last names A–F
12:30 p.m. – Grade 9 Last names G–M
Thursday, August 23, 2018
8:30 a.m. – Grade 9 Last names N–S
12:30 p.m. – Grade 9 Last names T–Z
Friday, August 24, 2018
8:30 a.m. – All 11th graders and all other students who need to purchase a permanent school ID.
STUDENT ORIENTATION SCHEDULE
Students must attend the orientation sessions, also held in the Ruth E. Thomas Auditorium dressed in full uniform and be accompanied by a parent/guardian to receive their class schedules.

Friday, August 31, 2018
10:30 a.m. – Grade 9 Last names A–L
1:00 p.m. – Grade 9 Last names M–Z
Tuesday, September 4, 2018
8:00 a.m. – Grade 10
10:30 a.m. – Grade 11
1:00 p.m. – Grade 12
Returning students must address all outstanding obligations prior to receiving a class schedule.
