THOMAS, USVI – The Virgin Islands Department of Education encourages all schools, teachers, parents of students in schools, participants in adult and vocational education programs, Department employees, and the general public with knowledge of the misuse of Federal education program dollars to report the fraud by calling the following hotlines:
